Thanks for the tip. I'm trying to avoid wontons altogether, I'm doing the high protein low carb thing. BTW I don't know if you remember, but I had jaw surgery and had my mouth wired shut for 7 weeks. I never blended any food, I just ate the soft stuff. I was not above eating baby food either, sometimes a good bowl of Gerber Rice Cereal tastes pretty good.
This reminds me of the time that my brother ordered a "six-dollar burger" meal from Carl's Jr, and for some crazy reason that I simply leave to him being a boy, he decided to put it all--burger, fries and drink--into the blender. I wouldn't recommend that either.
Wow! Congratulations on your new adventure. (if you can call it that) I think that it is really great that you are taking charge of your life. I know from personal experience how difficult it is to lose weight. I know what to do, I just chose not to do it. I am so excited to hear about your progress.
Wow! That guy that put his six dollar burger meal in the blender was CRAZY!! Doesn't even sound like he had a reason to do it.
I'm excited to hear, read, watch your progress. I have a good friend who had the same surgery...I think it's been about 2 years now and she has lost around 70#s. She feels SO good! It was really hard for her to give up soda but she loves Crystal Light Raspberry Ice. You should try it...not fiz but yummy. Only 5 calories per 8ozs and no sugar. I know because I really like it too.
